What's the deal with shipping?
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours and shipped. Got it during a promotion? Give us 7 business days. Expect delivery within 2-3 business days on the East Coast, and 5-7 days on the West Coast. We take weekends and holidays off. Any shipping delays or issues? That's on USPS, not us.
Caught an error message.
An error message typically means an issue with your credit card or address details. Check everything is entered correctly. Still no luck? Reach out to our Operations team at email@example.com.
Will your apparel fit me?
We want you to post pictures on IG in our apparel. All our networking shirts are unisex unless labeled otherwise (Women's, Men's or KidPreneur's Apparel).
Where can I window shop?
We're a 24/7 online shop. But you can catch us at trade shows and vending events. Check out our Need Help? page for Retailers that sell our merch.
Can I get Free Shipping?
Spend over $65, and we'll ship your order for FREE. Order 3 or more shirts, and you get a My Networking Apparel merch box.
How can I shop with you?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay, and AfterPay. Just remember, you can't combine promotional codes.
Can I buy your stuff wholesale?
Yep, for inquiries, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your store info, contact person, location, years in business, and social media links. We'll be in touch within 3 business days.
Is my privacy safe with you?
Tired of your emails.
Easy. Just click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our emails.
Where's my order?
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order's label is printed. If you're a registered customer, you can track orders from your account.
Got buyer's remorse.
You have 4 hours to cancel an order after placing it. Some orders might be shipped before cancellation is possible, but you can check our return policy for that.
No order confirmation? What's up with that?
No confirmation means no order. We won't expedite shipments for unconfirmed orders. Contact us at email@example.com if you didn't receive a confirmation.
How do pre orders work?
Are orders let you purchase an item before it's released. The process is simple: Add to cart, check out, get your confirmation, wait for the release, and receive your order. If you've ordered an in-stock product and a preordered one, we'll ship the in-stock product(s) immediately and the pre ordered one(s) when available.
