ORDER ERROR MESSAGE

If you’re receiving an error message when trying to place an order, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing address, or shipping address. Please double-check that all information is entered correctly. If this doesn’t solve the problem, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

UNSUBSCRIBE TO EMAILS

Click “Unsubscribe” from a My Networking Apparel email you have received to remove yourself from the list.

WRONG MAILING ADDRESS

Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to "invalid address" or "undeliverable address" can be reshipped, along with a processing and reshipment fee.

You will have 14-days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you state did not receive. After that time your order will be added back to our inventory and will no longer be available for reshipment.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If you receive an update that your package was delivered and it has not been received, then please email us and we will assist you. Any "Unreceived package" claims must be made within 30-days of the date that you were notified that it was delivered. Any claims after the 30-day period will not be considered.
