Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you so much for your "Ask Me What I Do" networking merch purchase! Please review and read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully.

ORDER STATUS

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the “My Account” and "Track My Order" link located at the bottom of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “My Orders” link for order status.

SHIPMENTS

My Networking Apparel will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All returns must be reported within seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise. A written authorization number must be obtained for all returns. You can do it by filling out the Return Authorization Form or by contacting mynetworkingapparel@gmail.com. There is a freight charge for all returned merchandise with authorization number. No altered merchandise will be accepted (ie: screen printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, embellished, etc.). Please inspect all goods prior to decorating merchandise. Only goods that have not been altered in any way will be considered for return. Samples and items on sale are non-returnable.

Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify My Networking Apparel in writing WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer.

CANCELLATION

Once your order has been placed you cannot cancel the order. At your request we are unable to cancel an order and stop an order from being shipped. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.

CONFIRMATION

If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. My Networking Apparel will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. Please contact mynetworkingapparel@gmail.com if you did not receive a confirmation.

PREORDERS

Preorders allow you to purchase an item that has not yet been released for shipping. The preorder purchase will guarantee you the quantity of the item you purchased when it becomes available. There will also be an expected shipment date listed on the product page.

The preorder process works as follows:

  • You add the product(s) to your cart as you would any regular, in stock product

  • You complete the checkout process and receive your order confirmation

  • Your payment method is authorized for the full order total at the time of purchase (completing the order)

  • Your order will be on preorder hold until the item(s) you purchased are available

  • Your order will be fulfilled and shipped. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order. 

If you've ordered both a preordered product and an in stock product, the in stock product(s) will be processed and shipped without delay and you will be billed for the shipped product(s). The preordered product(s) will remain on preorder until it is available. At that time, the product(s) will be released for fulfillment and shipment.
