Thank you so much for your "Ask Me What I Do" networking merch purchase! Please review and read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully below.

SHIPMENTS

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of payment unless you purchase during a promotion, processing time will be increased to 7 business days. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

My Networking Apparel will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with your local United States Postal Service office. 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

WRONG MAILING ADDRESS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If any issues arise with verifying your address, our Fulfillment Team will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you and no response, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to "invalid address" or "undeliverable address" can be reshipped, along with a processing and reshipment fee.

You will have 7-days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you state did not receive. After that time your order will be added back to our inventory and will no longer be available for reshipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All returns must be reported within seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise. A written authorization number must be obtained for all returns. You can do it by filling out the Contact Us Form or by email contactus@mynetworkingapparel.com. There is a freight charge for all returned merchandise with authorization number. No altered merchandise will be accepted (ie: screen printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, embellished, etc.). Please inspect all goods prior to decorating merchandise. Only goods that have not been altered in any way will be considered for return. Samples and items on sale are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify My Networking Apparel in writing WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer.
